- This will work as1/6HP, 1/5, 1/4, 1/3, & 1/2 HP Direct Drive Furnace Blower Motor, 115V; 1075RPM, 4-speed; Check out the nameplate on motor (also one of the photo files) for wire connection and how each HP is achieved; Please read wiring diagram on motor label. Long WHITE wire to common / neutral
- To work as 1/3HP, please use a 7.5 MFD capacitor (not included here). Two Brown wires to capacitor; White to common; Black /Blue/ Yellow /Red to your speed tabs. To work as 1/4HP, do NOT use Black wire. Blue /Yellow /Red to your speed tabs
- Standard shaft size 1/2" and frame 48 body size 5-5/8"; Yes this motor replaces majority of blower motors in 1/6HP,1/5HP, 1/4HP, 1/3HP, and 1/2HP gas heating units (120 volts application).
